- Fettuccine Pasta - 5.3 oz
- Champignons - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, let's cook the pasta. To help it cook better and prevent sticking, we'll add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt to the water. Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and boil them for 5-10 minutes in a small amount of water, adding salt.
Step 3
Now let's prepare the sauce. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the flour, mixing it well with the butter and seasoning generously with salt. Then, add the cream. Since we salted the flour, it should blend well into the cream. Stir until smooth and then add the mushrooms along with a little bit of broth, and mix well once more.
Step 4
Slice the ham into thin strips and add it just before serving.
Step 5
Now, if desired, you can drizzle the finished pasta on the plate with sauce, or you can transfer it from the pot into the sauce and mix it. You may also add grated cheese if you wish.
