- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fettuccine Pasta - 14.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - to taste

Step 1
First, let's prepare the salmon. Rinse it, pat it dry, and cut it into medium pieces. Heat a pan with butter over the stove. Chop the onion and add it to the pan. When the onion turns golden, add the salmon. Continue frying for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour in the chicken broth and cook until the broth evaporates completely. Add the cream, salt, and pepper. Stir and cover until the salmon is fully cooked.

In boiling salted water, add the fettuccine. Drain and then transfer to the pan with salmon. Mix and keep for about 2 minutes. Garnish with herbs and serve.
