Ingredients
- Green Figs - 8 pieces
- Mixed salad greens - 9.9 oz
- Prosciutto - 4 slices
- Peeled chestnuts - 1.2 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- White Balsamic Cream - 6 teaspoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced prosciutto and sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
On 4 plates, arrange the salad greens, then add the thinly sliced red onion, sliced figs, and sprinkle with walnuts and pieces of prosciutto.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
