- Fig - 2 lbs
- Goat cheese - 10.6 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil until soft. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar, and simmer for another two to three minutes.
Step 2
Place the figs on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with fried onions and garlic, as well as grated goat cheese. Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 356°F for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Serve, for example, with ice cream.
