  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons

Step 1

Cleaned and washed porcini mushrooms should be boiled, then sliced and sautéed with oil in a pan.

Step 2

Then add sour cream, finely chopped sautéed onion, salt, and cover with a lid, simmer for 10–15 minutes. After that, add finely chopped parsley or dill and let cool.
