Description
Instead of salmon, you can bake sea bass.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 1.2 oz
- Soy Sauce - ½ cup
- Grated Ginger Root - 2 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 446°F. Line a baking sheet with a large sheet of foil, leaving long edges. Repeat the same with a second baking sheet.
Step 2
Place the cleaned, washed, and dried fish on each sheet of foil. Generously rub salt and pepper all over.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix finely chopped green onions, thinly sliced fresh ginger, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, and sugar. Spread the mixture over the fish. Tightly wrap the foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish (usually about 10 minutes for every 2.5 cm thickness of the fish). Remove from the foil and serve drizzled with the juices.
