Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 17.6 oz
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into small pieces. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and sauté. Be sure to add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, season with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half over the fillet.
Step 3
Wash the herbs, chop them, and place them on top of the fillet.
Step 4
Take the sautéed mushrooms and layer them next.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it on top of the mushrooms.
Step 6
Crack the eggs, add the milk, and season with salt. Mix everything well and carefully pour it over the baking sheet.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
