Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 14.1 oz
- Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Cayenne Pepper - a pinch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Fat - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Drizzle the fish fillet with lemon juice.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 4
Pat the fillet dry.
Step 5
Heat the butter in a skillet, fry the fish over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, then remove the fish and break it into pieces.
Step 6
Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
Step 7
Beat the eggs thoroughly with the cream, add the chopped parsley, and mix with the fish and shrimp.
Step 8
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and add to the mixture.
Step 9
Season with salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Step 10
Grease four individual baking dishes with fat, and fill them with the mixture.
Step 11
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at medium heat for 15 minutes.
