Step 1
I buy one large chum salmon, separate the fillet, grind it with the onion and garlic using a meat grinder, add pepper and salt.
Step 2
I knead the dough, roll it out, cut out circles, and shape the dumplings.
Step 3
From the leftover fish parts — head, tail, fins, spine, I boil the broth, then in the clear broth, I cook the dumplings, adding a bay leaf at the end of cooking.
