  • Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Dill - 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper, coat it in flour, and lightly fry on both sides in oil. Place a few slices of chopped tomato on each piece. Pour sour cream on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven until cooked through.

Step 2
