- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Dill - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into small slices. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Lightly fry all the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Place the fried vegetables in pots, add salt, then top with pieces of salmon or halibut fillet, season with salt and pepper, add milk, cover with a lid, and stew in the oven until cooked. Serve with finely chopped dill.
