- Sole fillets - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic into large pieces and sauté in heated oil, add sliced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the fish into serving pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and rub with salt.
Step 3
