- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces

- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fish fillet in a small amount of salted water with the addition of bay leaf, black peppercorns, and salt.
Step 2
Peel the onion and carrot, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, lightly fry in vegetable oil, mix with the fish and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
