Description

I love either small crucian carp or perch. To make the perch easy to clean, there are a few options. Press the tail and pull on the head until it cracks. Scald with boiling water. But the best method is to freeze it and let it thaw slightly. Then the scales will come off easily. Well, if you have fishermen in your family who have already brought frozen perch from winter fishing, then there's no need to freeze it.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - 1.1 oz
  • River Fish - 2 lbs

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean and gut the fish. Salt it and mix in a pot or another suitable container.

Step 2

Pour oil into a hot frying pan. Dredge the fish in flour and place it in the pan.

Step 3

Immediately turn the heat to low. Fry on one side for about 10–15 minutes. This process is slow, and it's advisable to use two pans. However, with this method, the flour won't burn. The fish will be crispy and golden without the smell of burnt flour.
