Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato Puree - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Pickles - 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
- Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Scallions - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in hot oil. Grate the potatoes. In a heatproof dish with a lid, layer the onions first, then the potatoes. Season with pepper, pour in a cup of water, and place in the oven on low heat.
Step 2
When the potatoes are soft, layer the tomato puree, sliced pickles, and diced fish in the dish. Add salt, pour in the cream, and return to the oven on low heat until the fish is cooked. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
