  • 10% cream - 17 fl oz
  • Herbs - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fish into small pieces — if the fish is fatty, wrap it in paper towels and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

Step 2

Finely chop the herbs, grate the cheese, and mix the cream, cheese, and herbs together.

Step 3

Season the fish with salt and pepper, and place it in a baking dish.

Step 4

Pour the cheese-cream sauce over the fish.

Step 5

Place it in the oven.

Step 6

Bake at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
