Ingredients
- Red drum fish - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Lemon - 4 pieces
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with foil, place the onion and pieces of lemon (under each steak) on it.
Step 2
Season the steaks with pepper and salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and place a piece of tomato and a bay leaf on top.
Step 3
Wrap with foil on top and bake for about thirty minutes at 180-200° C.
