Fish in foil with tomatoes, parsley, and lime juice

Ingredients

  • Blue Ling Fillet - 31.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lime - ½ piece
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Fajitas sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 head

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 428°F. Lightly brush the fish with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in the center of a piece of foil.

Step 2

Mix the lime juice, finely chopped onion, tomatoes, salsa, and parsley. Stir well and place on top of the fish. Fold the foil into an envelope and place it on a baking sheet. Put it in the preheated oven for 12-18 minutes until cooked through.
