Ingredients
- Fish - 10.6 oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Scallions - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take carp fillets — such as carp, and cut them into strips of 0.5x4 cm and place them in a jar.
Step 2
Pour 1 tablespoon of vinegar essence into a half-liter jar with the fish and mix well.
Step 3
The fish will turn white, then add: sliced onion, julienned carrot, finely chopped garlic, ground red hot pepper, black pepper, julienned fresh cucumber, coriander, and finely chopped green onion. If desired, add soy sauce.
Step 4
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, and it's ready.
