Ingredients
- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Carrot - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 0.9 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Herbs - 0.9 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Clove - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dilute 3% table vinegar with fish broth, add salt, sugar, peppercorns, bay leaf, clove, boil and strain.
Step 2
Cut the carrot and parsley root into rings, stars, or scallops, add a little broth and cook until ready.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in the prepared vinegar, boil, pour hot marinade over the fried fish, let cool, and transfer to a salad bowl.
Step 5
Prepare and fry the fish in the usual way in oil, previously dredged in flour: fry small fish whole, and cut large fish into pieces.
Step 6
Garnish the serving with herbs.
