Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 2 lbs
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fennel - 0.4 oz
- Saffron - 0 oz
- Cardamom - 0 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 21.2 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead an elastic dough from flour, water, and salt, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion, ground red and black pepper, salt, spices, beaten egg, and finely chopped dill and parsley to the diced fish fillet, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into squares of 10x10 cm, place the filling in the center of each, and shape the manti.
Step 4
Place the manti on greased steaming trays, set the trays over a pot of boiling water, and steam for 30 minutes.
