Step by Step guide

Shape the fish mixture into small balls weighing 15–20 g.

Boil the egg and carrot.

Simmer the fish balls in the broth, cool them, and place them in molds or deep plates.

Prepare the fish jelly from the fish broth, adding spices, vinegar, dry wine, and gelatin.
