  • Fish Oil - 3.5 oz
  • Gelatin - 0.1 oz
  • Carrot - 0.7 oz
  • Onion - 0.7 oz
  • Parsley - 1 piece
  • Vinegar essence - to taste
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Spices - to taste
  • Fish Oil - to taste
  • Red Grape Juice - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Shape the fish mixture into small balls weighing 15–20 g.

Step 2

Prepare fish broth from the bones.

Step 3

Boil the egg and carrot.

Step 4

Simmer the fish balls in the broth, cool them, and place them in molds or deep plates.

Step 5

For decoration, add the boiled egg, boiled carrot, and herbs.

Step 6

Prepare the fish jelly from the fish broth, adding spices, vinegar, dry wine, and gelatin.

Step 7

Strain the prepared jelly, pour it over the meatballs in molds, and cool until fully set.
