  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Carrot - 1.1 oz
  • Onion - 0.7 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.5 oz
  • Herbs - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the skinless and boneless fish fillet twice through a meat grinder along with the white bread soaked in cold water and squeezed dry.

Step 2

Beat the mixture, adding butter and seasoning with salt.

Step 3

Form meatballs, coat them in flour, and fry or boil.

Step 4

Prepare a marinade from the vegetables and vegetable oil, pour it over the meatballs, bring to a boil, and cool.

Step 5

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
