Description
Any fish will do — scraps of raw fish stored in the freezer or pieces of cooked fish from yesterday's dinner.
Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 2½ tablespoons

- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Chop 100 grams of onion.
Step 3
Marinate the onion: add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and rice vinegar to the bowl with the onion, pour in 150 ml of hot boiled water, and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, cut them, cover with water, and boil until tender.
Step 5
Rinse the raw fish, place it in a pot, cover with cold water, and boil until cooked.
Step 6
Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them thoroughly.
Step 7
Finely chop the cooked fish.
Step 8
Mix the fish and mashed potatoes together.
Step 9
Drain the onion and dry it with a paper towel. Add the onion to the fish and potato mixture along with the 2 eggs, and mix well.
Step 10
Add the grated semi-soft cheese, soft cheese, pepper, mustard, and salt, and mix.
Step 11
Add the sifted flour, knead thoroughly, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 12
With wet hands, form patties and fry them for 5–7 minutes on each side over medium heat with the lid on, periodically removing condensation from the lid.
Step 13
Place the patties on a plate and serve with tomato sauce.
