Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 14.1 oz
- Cod fillet - 14.1 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 12.3 oz
- Mashed Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- 10% cream - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 5.3 oz
- Quail Egg - 8 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, make the mash, and add milk and butter (let it cool).
Step 2
Boil the quail eggs (peel them).
Step 3
Cut the salmon and cod fillets (coarsely, but not too much).
Step 4
Boil the shrimp (peel them).
Step 5
Slice the leek (into rings).
Step 6
Take a baking dish.
Step 7
Layer the salmon fillet, cod, shrimp, eggs, leek, pour over the cream, top with mashed potatoes (cover), and sprinkle with cheese. Place in the oven for 25–30 minutes at a temperature of 180–374°F.
