Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 6 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Canned Saira - 2 cans
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the sour cream with the egg, adding a little salt.
Step 2
Then add the flour and the baking soda, kneading until the dough no longer sticks to your hands, and roll it out to a thickness of 4–5 mm.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with oil and lay the sheet of dough in it.
Step 4
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then arrange the sliced tomatoes on top.
Step 5
Next, layer the fish, followed by the onion sliced into half-rings.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise over the top layer.
Step 7
Place in the oven at 392°F for 20–30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Step 8
Five minutes before it's done, you can add grated cheese.
