Ingredients
- Rice - 10.6 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 17.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and eggs. Be sure to rinse the rice before cooking. Rinse again after cooking.
Step 2
Pour the rice into a pot, finely chop the eggs into it, and finely slice the green onion.
Step 3
Remove the pink salmon fillet from the can (draining the juice) onto a plate, cut it, and mash it with a fork into a uniform mass, then add it to the pot as well.
Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly, the salad is ready. It's best to dress it with mayonnaise individually in your own bowl to taste.
