Description
The salad is made from sturgeon, beluga, pike perch, and salmon.
Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Green Butter - 2.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2.6 oz
- Gherkins - 3.5 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled and cooled fish fillet into small cubes.
Step 2
Slice the peeled boiled potatoes, fresh cucumber, gherkins, and tomatoes.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and add the chopped green lettuce.
Step 4
Before serving, season with salt and mix with mayonnaise and vinegar.
Step 5
Then mound the salad in a serving bowl, place beautiful leaves of green lettuce in the center of the mound, and arrange slices of tomatoes and cucumbers around it in an oval shape.
Step 6
It can be garnished with caviar (pike, grain, or salmon), slices of salmon, and pitted olives.
Step 7
You can also add chopped onion and green onion.
