Ingredients

  • Crayfish - 5 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
  • White fish - 10.6 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
  • Quail Egg - 5 pieces
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herbs - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the crawfish in salted water, adding herbs. Clean and drizzle the crawfish tails with lemon juice.

Step 2

Boil the fish fillet and break it into small pieces.

Step 3

Toast the peanuts in a dry skillet and chop them. Then combine with sour cream and mix well.

Step 4

Hard boil the quail eggs, peel them, and cut them in half.

Step 5

Dice the tomato.

Step 6

Combine the crawfish tails, fish, tomatoes, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and dress the salad with the peanut sauce.

Step 7

Top the finished salad with chopped herbs.
