Ingredients
- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mustard Greens - 0.4 oz
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fish fillet, cool it down, and cut it into pieces. If using salted salmon, simply chop the fish finely.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool them down, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Chop the onion into small squares, pour boiling water over it for 10 minutes to remove bitterness.
Step 4
Take the pickled mushrooms (any kind) out of the jar, rinse them from the marinade, and cut into cubes.
Step 5
Mix all the prepared ingredients together.
Step 6
Add mustard, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and parsley or dill to the salad. Mix well, garnish with mushroom caps, olives, and serve.
