  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Scallions - 2 stalks
  • Mixed salad greens - 4.2 oz
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Spiced Tomato Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the salmon fillet into small pieces.

Step 2

Finely chop the zucchini, carrot, and onion, and mix with tomato juice, honey, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Blend the avocado and mix it with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the vegetable mixture on the salad greens, top with the fish. Drizzle with avocado sauce.
