- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Herbs - to taste
- Celery salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and celery, transfer to a skillet or pot, add the potatoes, carrot, salt, pepper, milk, and stew for 15–20 minutes, then place pieces of fish on top of the vegetables and stew until cooked in the oven.
Step 3
Serve, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
