Ingredients
- Fish - 2 lbs
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, cut it into fillets with skin, but without bones. Cut into portion-sized pieces, salt, and sprinkle with spices.
Step 2
Slice the eggplants into rounds and pour boiling water over them. Then lightly fry in oil. Cut the onion and pepper into strips and fry in oil.
Step 3
In the pots, layer the eggplants, then the pieces of fish, followed by the onion and pepper, and top with tomato slices.
Step 4
Add a little water to the sour cream, salt, and spices, and pour this sauce over the pots with fish. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top.
Step 5
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C. At the very end, add the finely chopped garlic.
