- Steaks - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Lemon - 2 slices
- Spices - a pinch
- Herbs - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Salt the thawed steaks and rub with spices (a little). Leave for about 15 minutes to marinate while peeling the potatoes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the steaks on the bottom tier of the steamer, and put a slice of lemon on each for juiciness. Toss the potatoes in the top tier. Cook for 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Afterward, serve everything on plates, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with herbs.
