Ingredients
- Blue Ling Fillet - 6 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the fish fillet with salt, pepper, fish seasoning, and lemon juice, and let it marinate for 35–40 minutes.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with foil and place the fish fillet cut into pieces on top, then add sliced carrots and onions cut into half rings.
Step 3
Sprinkle with some herbs, but not all. Seal tightly with foil and place in a preheated oven at 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35–45 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dish with the remaining herbs.
