Ingredients
- Pike Perch Fillet - 24.7 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 14.1 oz
- White bread - 7.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 8 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze out the excess. Finely chop the onion. Chop the fillet, half of the onion, and bread in a blender, add the egg, season, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Fry the remaining onion until golden brown, mix it with the peas, and blend until smooth. Add the yolks and mix.
Step 3
Divide the fish filling into patties, place the filling in the center of each, and seal the edges. Coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry for 4 minutes on each side, then keep on low heat until cooked through.
