- Apple - 1 piece
- Apple juice, no pulp - 3 fl oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- 10% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Freshly squeezed carrot juice - 3 fl oz
- Honey - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Water - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the apple and grate it on a fine grater.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with sugar and let it steep.
Step 4
In a saucepan, heat the honey with water until homogeneous, then let it cool.
Step 5
Divide the sour cream into two equal parts, adding carrot or apple to each and mix.
Step 6
Remove the honey from the heat and pour it over the salad.
Step 7
Let it steep for about 20-30 minutes.
