Ingredients
- Cognac - 1.8 oz
- Maggi Würze Sauce - 10.6 oz
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 5 pieces
- French Baguette - 4 pieces
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - to taste
- Rosemary - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and sauté the fillet for 4–6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion and sauté.
Step 2
Warm the cognac slightly, pour it over the meat, and ignite. Remove the fillet from the skillet. Wrap it in foil and keep warm.
Step 3
Heat the skillet used for cooking the meat, pour in the cognac and the bottle of Maggi Würze sauce. Reduce by half. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Strain the sauce.
Step 4
Serve the fillet drizzled with the sauce.
