- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dry yeast - 0.9 oz
- Margarine - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Rosemary - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Mix the flour with salt, add the dissolved yeast and melted margarine, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a flatbread, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with minced garlic and rosemary.
