  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
  • Scorpion fish fillet - 4 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, Jamaican spices, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chili, cinnamon, and ginger. Add the fish, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
