Ingredients
- Pasta - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fresh Spinach Leaves - 5.3 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 1.8 oz
- Cheese sauce - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain the water. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 356°F. Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the mushrooms, and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
Then reduce the heat, add the garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Add spices to taste and transfer to a shallow baking dish.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce from fresh spinach and cheese sauce.
Step 4
Add the spinach sauce and half of the cheese sauce to the pasta, return it to the heat, and warm for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add spices to taste, then spread evenly over the mushrooms.
Step 6
Pour the remaining cheese sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 5 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
