Description

  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root - 3.5 oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Sour Cream - 6.3 oz
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Salt the fish and moisten it with vinegar, place it on a baking sheet greased with butter, and drizzle with vegetable oil. Put it in an oven preheated to 392°F and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix the horseradish with the peeled and chopped apple, combine with sour cream, salt, and sugar. Pour over the fish and bake for another 15 minutes.
