Ingredients
- Flounder - 28.2 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Dry White Wine - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the flounder through a meat grinder. Combine the resulting minced fish with corn flour, egg yolks, half of the oil, wine, and whipped egg whites mixed with sugar. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into a large patty, coat it in breadcrumbs, place it in a hot skillet with the remaining oil, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Cool and serve with soy sauce, garnished with herbs.
