Ingredients
- Flounder - 15.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 9 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the flounder fillet, cut it into portions, and marinate it in oil mixed with lemon juice for 1 hour. Then drain and pat dry.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the cheese, cream, and olives — chop 3 tablespoons of olives finely and leave the rest whole. Place the fish in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for 15–20 minutes. Garnish with herbs and lemon when serving.
