- Pearl barley - 1 cup
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Rinse the pork and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into thin half-rings, and fry it together with the pork until golden brown.
Step 3
Sort the barley, rinse it, soak it in cold water for 2–3 hours, then rinse it again.
Step 4
Place the meat with the onion in a pot or Dutch oven, add 2 cups of water, season with salt and pepper, and bring the water to a boil.
Step 5
Add the barley to the pot and cook in a preheated oven covered until ready.
