  • Rice - 10.6 oz
  • Shrimp - 7.1 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Pineapple - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the shrimp.

Step 2

Rinse the rice, place it in a pot with the shrimp, cover with water, and cook until partially done.

Step 3

Cut the pineapple into cubes.

Step 4

Chop the chili pepper, mix it with the pineapple and olive oil.

Step 5

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, top with rice (season with salt), fold the edges of the paper to create a pouch.

Step 6

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Serve the porridge in a deep dish, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
