- Long-Grain Rice - 1½ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Corn Salad - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Pork Blood - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste

Rinse the rice, add it to boiling salted water, and cook until fluffy, then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Wash the salad leaves, dry them, and chop.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and mince the garlic.
Step 4
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 5
To make the omelette, beat the eggs with salt, pour into a pan with heated vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), and fry for 2 minutes, then flip the omelette and cook for another 1 minute.

Cool the finished omelette and cut it into thin strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, add the green salad, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Transfer the salad to a bowl and keep it warm.

Pour the remaining oil into the wok, add the garlic and green onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
