Ingredients
- Long-Grain Rice - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - 3.5 oz
- Morels - 3.5 oz
- Canned Corn - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep enamel pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil, add salt, add the rinsed rice, and cook over moderate heat for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water, cover the pot with a lid, reduce the heat to the minimum, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then remove the pot from the heat and let the rice steam under the lid for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and chop the garlic.
Step 5
Wash and finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 6
Wash and chop the parsley.
Step 7
Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 8
Peel, wash, and chop the onion.
Step 9
Clean, rinse, and slice the mushrooms thinly.

Heat the oil in a deep skillet, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Step 11
Add the green pepper and peanuts to the skillet, sauté for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the corn and mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 12
Mix the tomatoes with the rice and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and mushrooms.

Cook the dish for 2–3 minutes, then serve on individual plates.
