Description
The Fog Cutter is a tiki-style cocktail, carefree and Polynesian; the more fun and unusual its presentation, the better. We adapted a porcelain mug for this mix, similar to those used in spa resorts.
Ingredients
- Dark rum - 1 fl oz
- Gin - 1 fl oz
- Medium-dry sherry - 0 fl oz
- Maple syrup - 0 fl oz
- Grapefruits - 0,3 pieces
- Lime - ½ pieces
- Mint - 3 stalks
- Powdered Sugar - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour in the alcohol and syrup, squeeze in the juice of lime and grapefruit, and shake well.
Step 2
Fill a ceramic serving container (such as a teapot) with crushed ice, then pour the cocktail into it. Garnish with mint, dust it with powdered sugar, and add grapefruit zest to the spout. Drink through the spout.
