Description
The blend of Italian spices consists of basil, oregano, and hot paprika. The dough described in the recipe is enough for 2 thin-crust pizzas or 1 thick-crust pizza.

- Dorbly Cheese - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1 piece
- Tagine Spice Mix - to taste
- Sugar - 3 teaspoons
- Melted Cheese - 1 piece
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Fontina cheese - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dough. Pour milk into a bowl, add yeast and sugar, then place it in a warm place.
Step 2
Then beat the eggs, add salt, and mix in 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

After about 20 minutes, the milk with yeast will rise; add it to the eggs and oil, and mix well.

Add the flour and knead the dough, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a circle.

To give the pizza a great aroma, brush the dough with prepared aromatic olive oil. To prepare the oil, take a small handful of basil and oregano, place them in a container, and cover with olive oil; let it infuse for about two hours. For a more precise recipe, the oil should be left for about two days, strained, and pressed.

Top with cheese, mozzarella, and dorbly, cut into small cubes, and grated parmesan. Sprinkle with spices and place in the oven or pizza oven (baking time in the oven is 15 minutes, in the pizza oven is 10).
